So I have made the commitment to lose some weight. My husband and I have been following a low calorie diet now for 2 weeks. I have lost 4 pounds already, and feel good. There are still days that I am starving and I am so tired of the same old snacks, but we are surviving.

    Great job in sticking to it. It will be a habit pretty soon. I am also 3 weeks in and weekends are my downfall, previously I would have trown in the towel if I was not on plan 100% but I need to learn its 1 day at a time, heck even one meal at a time.

  • Hi, my husband and I are using the program together as well...just really starting though- a week in, but i feel like I am never NOT thinking about losing weight...

    I am the same way about weekends. It is nice to get out of the house to eat, but restaurant meals are so high in calories. I have begun to count my calories before I eat out to see what I can have before I get to the restaurant. It helps keep me focused.
