    I've been thinking about trying it and wondered what other people here have to say. I don't believe in a miracle pill...eating right and exercising is the only way you're going to lose weight, but I wondered if the pill really does help with energy levels and curbing appetites. Any one have any insight?

    Pills don't do anything... don't risk your health. Even those labelled as natural or herbal can be harmful to your body.
