How long has it taken you to reach the following 1rm's? (If you don't test 1rm's you can use a 1rm calculator but they aren't that accurate above 5reps IMO)
Squat: to parallel or below
Bench: paused
Deadlift: no hitching
Males:
squat 140kg/ 300lb
bench: 100kg/225lbs
deadlift: 180kg/ 400lbs
Females:
squat 75kg / 165lbs
bench: 50kg/ 110lbs
deadlift: 100kg/225lbs
Ok GO!

I have been lifting regularly since January (about 6 months) and am not even close to those numbers.
I am 176cm tall and weigh 62kg0 -
I dont remember a time I couldnt bench 1100
-
Probably around Junior Year of High school powerlifting0
-
In my dreams :-)
My back squat is 135 right now.
Deadlift only 135
The most I've been able to bench is 75
But I'm working on it and that's good enough for me.
ETA: I'm 5'6" 140lbs0 -

squat 140kg/ 300lb around 6 months

I have only been lifting 6 weeks, doing StrongLifts.
So far, I am at these weights, 5x5:
Squat: 120 lbs
Bench: 65 lbs
Deadlift: 145 lbs
Don't know if that's good or bad??0 -
Reached a 165 back squat after about 6 months of CrossFit.
Hit a 110 bench after about 4 months of SS/ 5-3-1 (we didn't directly train bench with CF).
And FINALLY hit a 225 deadlift after 8 months of CF and about 6 months of SS/5-3-10 -
squat 75kg = less than 6mths? Even after my knee surgery.
bench: 50kg and deadlift: 100kg closer to a year.0 -
Thanks so far peeps.I have been lifting regularly since January (about 6 months) and am not even close to those numbers.

At a lower BW, it's obviously harder! My BIL is 5'10" and 59kg and with 1 year of consistent training squatted 120kg, benched 90kg and deadlifted 150kg. So 2x, 1.5x and 2.5x BW. Some numbers for you to chase0 -
I squatted 165 lbs X 4 two weeks ago. Started squatting with an Olympic bar 8 weeks ago @ 120 lbs X 4.
I've been benching for 5 weeks. Calculated 1RM of 104 lbs (95 X 4 PR).
I've been deadlifting for a few months. PR is 210 X 2, so calculated 1RM of 216 lbs. Went from 185 to 216 in 11 weeks.0 -
Actually, the numbers are a bit nonsensical given that for some they won't be much of a challenge but for others they would be extraordinary?
Should they not be relative to BW?
Anyway,
at 158cm tall and currently 46.5kg.
At 45kg in December, it took me 3 weeks of starting over with proper lifting to get to 100kg DL. Currently can do that for reps but have not tested 1RMs recently.
Squat has to wait due to an ongoing hip injury so have only capped at 40kg thus far but will let ya know.
Bench currently at 41kg 1RM ... that took me just under 4 months.
a 50kg bench would put me at above my BW... I'm targeting BW bench, although bw seems to be a moving target lol0 -

I'm in week 4. I'm not even close to stalling in any of my movements. I'm 178cm and 87kg.
I looked at a few 1RM calculators. They all use a linear formula for the most part. Some compensate for that by limiting the reps to 10. I don't really do any "to failure" sets at this point. So I'll have to find this thread in a few months!0 -
bench---haven't tested that one in a while...so right now im at 100-115 x5
squat 225x5
deadlift 265 x1
started back with my lifting in march....my dl was tested around mid may....
though haven't been putting in 100%, more around 70-80%0 -
right now ..
squat 245#
deadlift 375#
bench 200#
I think bench is my weakest been working on that...
It has taken me about a nine months of really focusing on my training...prior I lifted but not as heavy ..more 8-10 rep stuff...0 -
Can do squats and bench... 6 months in with 3 months at a deficit.. Following all pro's... Weight 188 right now. Was 173 a few months back. Not sure about DL since I only do SLDL right now.
Expect to make those numbers within the next 6 months if my shoulder heals up soon. Im switching to a program with deadlifts as a primary exercise.
I think this is all kinda relative to how big you were before training. I was always relatively fit and did athletics. I just wasnt weight training.
ETA: I'm talking about 1rms.. Im not squatting 300 for 8+ reps0 -
I started strong lifts 4 weeks ago and my lifts are:
Squat 150
Bench 100
Deadlift 1850 -
Well I am still cutting till end of July / mid august... doing allpros so its bit damn hard now on Cycle 3 and stalled due to caloric deficit. But just beast it and cheat a bit in form. Might have to lower bench to 150, cause 155 at 9 reps is painful the 2nd set.
Bench - 155
Squat - 240
I dont deadlift
Weight- 1570 -
The numbers you posted shouldn't take more than a couple if years to obtain. Getting past those numbers, however, will take a lot longer0
-
Whelp, now I'm a bit down about my numbers, but congrats to everyone else :flowerforyou:0

I started strong lifts 4 weeks ago and my lifts are:
Squat 150
Bench 100
Deadlift 185
These are your numbers after ONE month. . .dang, you have me beat on all three and I've been at this for several months!0 -
Why not measure this on the Wilks scale instead of creating arbitrary numbers?
However, I do none of these lifts. I really should play with them at least once or twice.0 -
I'm a big girl...currently 202 =/ my 5x5 are lower, squat is 140, bench is 90, and dead lift is 165.0
-
I've been lifting for a little over a year I guess and I'm not close to those numbers I am however only 4' 10 1/2" tall and eating at a deficit, so maybe once I eat maintenance I will.0
-
I started heavy lifting in March.
Squat is 165 lbs 5x5
Dead lift 185 lbs 1RM
Bench Press 105 (that is 5x5, I'm sure I could do 1 rep of 110. I'll let you know when I try it ????)
ETA: 1RM calculator says 118 on bench and 186 on squat0 -
How long has it taken you to reach the following 1rm's? (If you don't test 1rm's you can use a 1rm calculator but they aren't that accurate above 5reps IMO)
Squat: to parallel or below
Bench: paused
Deadlift: no hitching
Males:

deadlift: 180kg/ 400lbs
Females:
squat 75kg / 165lbs
bench: 50kg/ 110lbs
deadlift: 100kg/225lbs
Ok GO!
1 year.0 -
No idea. I rarely squatted heavy but I have gone over 300 after maybe 10 years.
Bench I was probably doing 225 in 6 months
I almost never dead lifted and certainly never attempted anywhere close to 4000 -

again, this is all relative to how big/strong you were when you started.
3months in, bench:79 DL:189
I haven't tested it, but I know I can do 165 or more on squats.
I think I could get to those bench and dead #s 6 months in, possibly sooner.0
