You have to determine if the sag is caused by loose SKIN or actually by fat. All the cardio and strength training in the world won't tighten loose SKIN. It's the sad hard truth. I'm at 18% body fat and my stomach is saggy despite my abs, reason? I have loose skin from pregnancy and weight loss. Only time can help that. I take vitamins, keep moisturized, but that is all I can do at this point.

    Agreed!

Two weeks of strength training, and I'm already seeing it lift. I had my daughter two years ago and I'm just seeing a difference now, now that I've started doing weights.

I also wear a weighted belt that I wear (and wear it on the pooch) when I'm doing cardio or cleaning the house, haha.

I'm sure the weight training is the big part, though :)

*Edit: As long as its fat, rather than loose skin. Mine's definitely extra weight, lol

I suffer from twin skin(non techy term) since I grew pretty large from my pregnancy with my twins, and was told it will never truely go away since the elasticity in my skin was destroyed. All I can do is hope to minimize it somehow.
  • Totally feel your pain. My friend and I both call it the "flap jack" It's like a permanent pancake that won't go away. lol
