Hey! I want to see before an afters from those of you who kicked the muffin top! It was there but isn't no more!
Anyone gotten rid of there muffin top? I have one and I really am striving to lose it, I dream of the day I have a flat tummy!
Post your sucsess for me some motivation!! And add any secrets, exersizes, foods, tips or tricks you used to banish the muffin top!

    What helped me rid the muffin top was not wearing pants that are too small.. :tongue: Ok ok enough of me.. so heres a friendly bump. :glasses:

    Btw, what's helped flatten out my tummy so far is Jillian's 30DS workout. I've been doing it 5 days a week twice a day for 2 months. Very nice improvements with the tummy pouch so far! Also I eat at my TTDE -%10.

    My final results were from 30DS, too! Here's my before/after from that final push, which helped me with the last five pounds:

    Insanity has done wonders for taking off the belly (in week 4 right now). I don't have the pictures here to post, but they are in my profile pictures if you're interested.

    No pictures, but my original goal when I started all this was to loose the muffin top so my pants would quit stretching out and falling down. Drove me crazy. My tummy is the last to go - but almost 6 months and 33 lbs later it did and I no longer have the muffin top. Now my pants fall down because they are too big (had to go buy new ones finally). I'm 5'7" and went from 158 to 125.

    Thanks for the topic and thanks for sharing, everyone! I remember the days when I didn't have a muffin top and I cannot wait to get rid of it.

    Not quite there yet, but it's definitely improved. Just to note that I'm the same weight in both pics. This is a combo of heavy weight lifting and cardio. I work out about 4 days/week that consists of an upper/lower body split with running, elliptical, and circuit training thrown in.
