Sodium Daily Goal

Hello. As we all are, I am watching my calorie intake. When I add exercise, my Calorie/Fat/Chol/Carbs/Protein requirement or goal adjusts according, as it should. However, I am also watching my Sodium intake but that does not adjust when exercise is added. Is that an error in the website or is that how it is supposed to work. Thanks much.

I don't believe it is an error. I have seen posts on here before about that, and I believe they said the same. However I do that my nutritionist said that the FDA recommends no more than 2500 mg of salt each day, and I think that is regardless of how much you work out. I try to keep mine a bit lower though to avoid retaining water, but that's just what I have found works for me0
