I feel like a failure, I am back again - after two back surgeries and being told I can no longer run everyday I have packed on almost 50 lbs and feel like crap !! So Monday I started anew and I know this time will be better. I an amazed at the amount of sugar in a bannana - Its almost 1/2 my daily allowance !! And watermelon throws me right ove the edge I am beingiing to see why I have been unable to lose - just looking forward to being me again -

I can relate. I'm starting this program now to force myself into good habits
I went all the way into the wrong track, put on tons of weight and now the doctor has told me to get healthy or I won't be able to walk soon. My knees are suffering, my back is suffering, my feet are suffering. And it's all my fault. -_-0 -
You've taken the first step of recording and tracking your exercise and eating. Failure would mean you aren't doing anything. You're getting back up!! And there are lots' of exercises that are back friendly. Don't push it but be consistent. Remember that just a 500 cal deficit a day puts you at 52 pounds lost by next June!0
