    8/23: Taco Soup
    8/24: Ravioli, homemade sauce, salad
8/25: leftovers because I'm working during supper time!
8/26: Grilled Chicken with veggies and/or salad (whatever I can find at the farmer's market)
    8/27: Turkey Burgers
8/28: Mexican Casserole (from this site)
    8/29: leftovers

(and bonus: 8/30 Crockpot Chicken and 8/31 Chicken Enchiladas)

Massively quick and easy week. Also, apparently I'm on a Mexican food kick...

I've been loving turkey burgers lately!! We make them with jalapenos and black beans in the ground turkey, then grill them. I've been using those 100 calorie Orowheat Thins instead of buns or bread....they are sooo good! I'm also on a horseradish sauce kick. It's less cal than mayo and adds some kick.

Thanks for the post - guess what I'm making tonight - YUMMMMMM!
