    This sounds pretty awesome! I'm totally in on this! Only difference is that I plan on "only" losing 25 lbs, but if I can do it by the end of October I will be soooooo happy! At the rate I'm going it's going to be a challenge - I'm down 20 lbs from new years (avg of 3.3lbs/mo), and that means I'll have to increase that rate to 6lbs/mo! I'm ready. I've been training for this for the past year. :devil:

    My suggestion to anyone with this goal is to juice it up. Haha, that sounded bad, but I'm sure you all know I am referring to fruits and veggies. I love my nutri bullet juicer so much, and every morning I have a 16 ounce juice of kale, spinach, ginger root, cucumber, cilantro, apple, goji berries, etc. Not always all of those. I mix it up and do different combos with other things too. Now don't get me wrong, I am in no way excited about downing half a big gulp of kale juice every morning, but it is way faster and less painful than eating all of that stuff! lol. Plus I get all of those awesome nutrients, and it does wonders for weight loss. I don't get hungry until lunch except for maybe a snack, and then I have way more calories to work with throughout the day. I think the shake I made this morning was 82 calories. Also, the health benefits are practically immediate and totally amazing.
