What will help end this plateau?

So, I have been working out very hard and watching what I eat. Recently I went on a very low carb diet and I didn't feel like I really saw any results. I switch up my cardio including HIIT, drink ten glasses of water a day and strength training... I also consume a little more then 100g of protein a day. I can't seem to see any more results and it has been like this for 3 months now...any suggestions on what might shake this plateau?

Eat a few low hundred's more quality calories than you currently are for 2-3 weeks in addition to the physical activity you are already doing. Your body probably got used to what you are doing now and stalled metabolism. Eat more to bring the metabolism up and then after the 3 weeks are up cut the calories back to what you are eating now. Tricks your body to assume that calorie surplus is permanent and will eventually get used to it so when you cut back down again your body will still want the calories and use fat already stored to get it.
Cycle up and down every few months will help.0
