Wife just said she measured in at 5'11 1/4" at the doctors office, and I'm taller than her. I'm "on record" as being 5'10" and was when I was 285.

Now at a somewhat lean 210, I"m 6'0". YAH!!!!!

Are you doing yoga? I would gain and lose 2" inches depending on how much yoga I'd been doing, (shrinking if I'd been running without doing yoga).

I dunno, I get emails all the time from men who say they can show me how to do that.

I heard that for every 30 pounds you lose, you gain an inch.

If you've been lifting at all or maybe just working out in general, your posture may have improved.

Interesting. Why do you think this occurs?

Is this mostly do to posture, do you think?

I could be due to less weight on your joints, its not uncommon, the more weight you carry actually weighs you down. Compression on the knees and spine are the key contributors, as well as posture of course!

I've actually shrunk about 1/2 an inch but that's from complications of having an ED for almost ten years.. I wish I would grow lol!!
