My goal weight is 112 lbs I am 5 feet 1.5 inches and petite. If I can get a little under 112 that would be good too !0

My goal weight is 140 to 135lbs and I am 5'3". I wouldn't mind being more like 145lb if I still liked how I look, I have been trying to put on more muscle so if I am a little heavier but more muscular I am fine with it.0

I too am 5ft tall. Technically to be in a healthy BMI I would need to weigh between 94 - 128 pounds. I started out at 225 pounds and presently at 195. I am aiming for 150 but will see how I feel and look and may try to get down as low as 125 - 130 pounds but don't think that I will get any lower than that.0

I'm 5' 2". My goal weight is 100 lbs. I maintained that weight for many years, with little effort. I gained 10lbs in the last year, because I got lazy and started eating to much, and not moving enough.0

Well I'm ,4ft 10, so few inches shorter my gw is 110/ cw 124 after 27 lb loss since jan 1st of this year , so I'm getting there I have a medium frame and I'm petite .0

It really depends on where you feel best. I'm just under 5 feet (I round up though!). Originally my goal weight was 110. The last time I was 110, I was 13 years old... last summer I got down to about 135 and felt fantastic. Then I slacked off and gained a few pounds... So...my new goal weight is 128, which is the absolute top of a healthy BMI. Then I'll reassess, but my overall plan is to just keep eating healthy and being active.0

I'd say to aim for 110. I'm 5'3 and my goal is anywhere between 120-125.0

I am 5'0". At this point, my goal is more of a look than an actual number. I want to look healthy, have some muscle definition, and have a lower body fat percentage (mine is roughly 20% right now). I'd like to fit comfortably in the middle of the BMI range for my height to allow for weight fluctuations, but will gladly take lean muscle mass over that number, though.0

I am 5'0 and my goal was 115. I have reached my goal and am considering 112 but seem to have been losing and gaining the same 3 pounds.0

I'm 4' 11.5", medium frame, and I'm aiming at 123. Currently 133 (started at 168). Started lifting a month ago though so will re-evaluate as I go. It's more about the look than the scale now but definitely need to reduce BF% some more.

I'm REALLY small, I'm talking below 5'. As a kid, I never ate junk food, always ate fruits and veggies at home (my mom didn't cook and neither did I). Even back in my skinny days I was never below 100lbs. So I'd be amazed to be at 120lbs, but will settle for 125-130lbs. I take the BMI with a grain of salt, I'm 140lbs now and considered obese eventhough I eat healthy and exercise.0

Interesting responses. Its important to learn what your body fat % is--not just the number on the scale. I just completed the FitnessWave Hydrostatic body composition analysis. I'm 5"1", currently weigh 125lbs and have a body fat percentage of 21.4%. This means I have 26.75lbs of fat and 98.25 lean body mass.
The major issue here for me is that I hate the way I am proportioned. Its one thing to be short, but I also carry all of my weight in my butt and thighs. So, im aiming to get my body fat percentage to 18%. I **HATE** my legs and that is my purpose to for being here on this site. I do something for exercise every day- cardio or strength. I teach a weight training class at my gym 3x/week and I run 4-5 days/week. It will all come down to everything I put in my mouth to get to this goal. Not just the number of calories, but the quality of the food.

I'm 5'7" with a goal of 125 lbs. Now I weigh 178 lbs and my bf is 27.5%0

It depends on your goal BF% ... right now I'm at 25.6% BF, 5'4", 120 pounds. I have no curves and never have haha, small frame.
I'm hoping to get down to about 21%, which would be 113...but I'd settle around 115.0 -
I am 4'10" and started at 135. My first goal was 115, but I am 115.5 now and really not that happy yet. So I am trying for about 110-112.0
