Lean Face..

How does one accomplish this?
My sister was goofing around today on her phone recording me and when I watched the video I noticed I had a fat face from the side view LOL. I don't like this! =/ lol..

What are some tips on getting a nice lean face?

Unfortunaley there is not such thing as spot reduction, its a total and utter myth, its impossible for you to tell your body where to loose the fat from, its entirely up to it to decide. The only way to get a lean face is continue to drop your bf and it will come off your face when your eventually

For me, my face/double chin was the first thing to go. I didn't do anything to make this happen-that's just where the weight came off of first. I'm pear shaped and I literally lost from head to toe, in that order lol. Now my face is a bit too thin for my liking but I still have some oomph in my thighs. Just how I'm made :)

    All of the above.

My face slimmed down first when I started losing weight. Keep at it and you should slim down all over. It may take a while to see progress in your 'worst' areas, but they should all be slowly going down. :)

I have a pretty full face, so I carry your sentiment a lot. Always keep in mind as you're losing that it may not seem like much is coming off, but it is.

Here's a comparison post I did, when I didn't think I had lost much off my face at all. Others disagreed, lol.

Overall losing weight/fat is the only real way to lean out your face, but there's all kinds of angles and ways to hold your head/chin to make your face look leaner in photos! Hard to explain, but I always jut my head forward and then tip my chin down a bit in photos--it prevents the dreaded double-chin, and gives you a more-defined jaw bone, making you look thinner. :-)

    Thank you. <3

Haha, I know! I swear it's more of a waiting game at this point for me too. "Trying harder" doesn't really work because I'm losing at a reasonable rate, but it just seems so slow sometimes. xD

hahahah some people just have genetically chubby faces (ME) Unless you are one of these people the only thing you can do is loose overall body weight. as someone said in the previous post.

    Lose bodyfat....

Yup...you can't pick and choose where it comes off. Your body is in complete control there.

My personal trainer said that most people lose head to toe--I really noticed it in my face before I saw it anywhere else.

I have the exact opposite problem. When I was 20 lbs heavier, I still had a lean face. Wish I knew a way to get fat transferred there. Lol!
