30 Day Squat Challenge

I started this challenge 2 days ago. Anyone want to join. You don't have to start off on the same day as everyone else just keep track of which day you're on and post it each day on this post that you completed. :) It'll be great for yo bootay~

Day 1: 50 squats
Day 2: 55 squats
Day 3: 60 squats
Day 4: Rest

Day 5: 70 squats
Day 6: 75 squats
Day 7: 80 squats
Day 8: Rest

Day 9: 100 squats
Day 10: 105 squats
Day 11: 110 squats
Day 12: Rest

Day 13: 130 squats
Day 14: 135 squats
Day 15: 140 squats
Day 16: Rest

Day 17: 150 squats
Day 18: 155 squats
Day 19: 160 squats
Day 20: Rest

Day 21: 180 squats
Day 22: 185 squats
Day 23: 190 squats
Day 24: Rest

Day 25: 220 squats
Day 26: 225 squats
Day 27: 230 squats
Day 28: Rest

Day 29: 240 squats
Day 30: 250 squats

    Dang. Starts out rough. Not even sure I could do 50 squats in one go. Good luck to you! (I'll give it a try though and see how it goes - must work on the ol' rump roast anyway! lol)

    I did this a couple of months ago. First couple of days hurt and then your legs get used to it. There were 4 of us doing it and I was the last one standing (or should I say squatting) :) YOU CAN DO IT!!!

    FYI: As they increase in number, I wound up breaking them up into sets. I usually did sets of 60, but did do sets of 80 when the numbers got even higher. I think the finally day I did 80, 70, 50, 50. Few times I lost count and wound up doing 10 more than called for LOL

    Got 80 done today and yes I did them all at once. My legs are sore and it made it hard to do my run, but I did it and am so looking forward to rest day tomorrow.

    Yesterday I did the 75 and then did my strength workout which had another 50 in it. ugh. LOL
