    thank u it was easy to lose at first cutting calories right down but my bodys adjusting now its harder to lose :( i was 16 stone 12 now 12.7 one more pound n im out the obese range woopiii lol

    thanks for all the messages everyone it really has made me smile :) just motivates me more. i have a confession to make i have neglected this site for the past month and lost nothing but haven't gained. ignorance is not bliss!!!!

    i have been back on since monday and now im out of the obese range woohoooo i'm a happy bunny lol 11 bmi points down and counting

    Great job you've done there!!! It's amazing how every part of your body is smaller! I'm crossing fingers that at my 63lb mark my boobs will also be smaller. Right now I'm 50-odd pounds down and mine don't seem to have shrunk in proportion to the weight loss of the rest of my body...
