Do any of you..when weighing in... put your weight if you have gained? or just focus on losing???

I havent gained any but figure I would put whatever the scales say - just to keep myself honest. Same with the calories thing...even if I know I am over a little or a lot I put it down to learn from it.
Pick a day (for me it's Friday's) and dont look until then. Weighing yourself daily will drive you nuts and discourage you. Weigh in when you first wake up before you do anything else.0 -
I weigh myself weekly and put in the amount I weigh, regardless of if I've gained or lost.0

I don't log my weight regularly but when I do update MFP with my weight, I only focus on loss.0

i log gains and losses it keeps me accountable....0

I log in both, gains and losses ... weekly weigh ins to keep me on track. It also let me see it black and white to make necessary changes/to step it up if I had gained.0
