Officially 25 lbs gone from my body! And I even weighed myself AFTER a 400 cal breakfast and a cupcake that was sitting on the counter singing my name :laugh:

I've been doing TDEE -15% for about 3? months now and it WORKS. And I can eat and be satisfied every time I eat! I love it! Plus running 2-4 times a week, strength training 3-4, and hiking when the weather's nice.

Just thought I'd share cause I'm over here doing my happy dance :bigsmile:
