Am i the only one that giggles at the names of the poses during class? I mean, the pose where you are laying on your back and you put your feet on the floor behind your head is called the Plough! Which ironically looks like exactly what is fixing to happen to ya! How do you not laugh at that? I don't know why i always "go there" but that's where I always end up! LOL

    Trust me you're not the only one. I can hardly stay still because I laugh so hard during Yoga.

    I definately giggle in my head about how silly I must look doing some of those poses, God I hate that the entire front wall is mirrors, I dont want to see that LOL
    but I keep it all in my head, I try not to draw any extra attention to myself by laughing outloud...plus the class is actually really zen and relaxing once you get into it so id hate to break mine or someone elses concentration
