have a quick question .........does anyone know if that statement about your weight is accurate after you hit complete this entry on the food diary?

It's just an estimate. Everyone gains and loses weight differently. But its is a good reference point.0

Just remember it says "if every day was like today" If in fact you do stick to your plan and every day is like the day you have completed then you should be at the weight it says you will be at. Remember also that weight loss is averaged over time, so if you are losing 1 lb a week, then you should lose around 20lb in 20 weeks. But within that time you may have some weekd where you don't lose at all and some where you lose 2 lb. The body is not a machine it is a constantly changing organism so it will not always do what you expect it to!
But to answer your question, yes, it is a pretty good approximation.0 -
I think it is great to have that message- it keeps you motivated to say "wow- that's where I will be"... keeps you focused on where you can go, instead of where you have been...0
