Hey guys! Today I went to the water park, I was there for 7 hours, I Was in the pool for about 5 of those hours. and I was swimming for about 3-4 hours, but about 2 of those were decently intense (wave pool...have to struggle to stay above water)... I ONLY logged 2hrs of "swimming, leisurely pace" and it said I burned 925 cal.
I usually wear an HRM but i wasnt sure if the watch was waterproof (to the degree of swimming for hours) so I didn't wear it.
Do you think I REALLY burned that many calories? Im pretty tired and sore but I'm not sure on the calorie burn.

Here are my stats
Female
18yr
165lb
5'8.5 tall

I want to at least get close so I will know how many calories I should eat back (currently on 1500) but I think I'm going to eat a little extra today THANKS :)

I'm a 263 pound man and I burnt around 1000 calories today doing 90 minutes of freestyle lengths of the pool measures by hrm if that helps. Unless you're going to eat back a large proportion of those calories the exact figure is inconsequential

Thanks SOOO much! That helps a lot actually!
I'm not planning on eating the full 925 back....
Maybe like 400-600 of them, thanks again!
