Loose Skin :( Help!

I'm trying to lose weight slowly to avoid sagging skin, and haven't had much of a problem with it until all of the sudden my chest has a lot of extra skin. I'm only 23, and it's absolutely mortifying.. I can't wear anything with a lower neckline or anything tighter across the chest because you can see the skin bunching up. I've been using shea butter cream after I shower to try to moisturize, but it's not really helping. Will this go away on its own? I don't think toning exercises would help me as the problem seems to be that my boobs just suddenly deflated like a crappy old balloon. :sad:

Vitamin E capsules or joboba oil mixed with your favourite lotion, everyday. Make sure you get enough vitamins in your diet.
Also bench press helps with the sagging breasts.. trust me on this. I used to think I had sagging breasts (I am also in my 20s) until I lost weight, strength training and did a lot of push ups and dumbbell flys.
I have had two children and have the same problem.. the sagging skin may be a issue for awhile but strength training really helps especially if you do it from the get go.0 -
I should have added that I have absolutely zero access to weights or the gym, and absolutely no money to buy even a dumbbell

I feel your pain with the deflating breasted. Patience and strength training. I hate flys but rather them than the sag.0

I started doing DIY body wraps, dry body brushing, adding DIY vitamin c serum to my daytime body lotion, rosehip oil to my nighttime body lotion (I use 2 different ones since I shower twice a day), essential oils to both lotions, taking hyaluronic acid, and I've noticed that ever since I've been losing weight my boobs have stayed perky as long as I do a breast massage (which I started doing for the pain I was getting around my periods). I'm not sure how into DIY you might be, but if you're interested I can give you the recipes. It's really cheap and easy. And I have a few shortcuts since I don't like to spend too much time in the bathroom.0

Agree with the weight training. Check out Stronglifts, Starting Strength, NROLFW, and Wendler. If you don't have access to equipment, check out You Are Your Own Gym and Convict Conditioning.0

Lots of prisoners are in the same boat. They get creative:
* Buckets of water
* Cinder blocks
You get the picture. Plus, most people are carrying a weight around with them, that is in the neighborhood of 130-160lbs: You're own body.
* Push ups
* Sit ups
* Pull ups0 -
When it comes to weights use food cans... or even fill water bottles... an look up strength training exercises that don't need equipment...0

Fill (or buy and use unopened) a gallon jug full of water (make sure to duct tape it nice and tightly sealed) and use that to start your weight training. One gallon of water weighs 8lbs or use your own body.0 -

Then start with your own body weight maybe. Or fill empty jugs with water, sand, pebbles. I've heard that the younger a person is when they lose weight the easier or more likely it is for the skin to rebound at least somewhat. It may take some time though.0 -

there is the fly push up. You alternately step one hand wide, do a push up and bring it back, then repeat on the other side.0 -
What kind of exercises should I do with the jugs or cans or whatever once I get them?0

There are lots of ways to fake a simple light gym experience at home. After you use milk jugs (half gallon or gallon), clean and save the jugs. Fill with water or sand, good for lifting. You can even string them on a broom handle.
Search the web, there are lots of tips on using home items as "weights." 0 -

Ok, I will try this. Thanks0 -

I didn't either when I first started. I used soup cans, as I got stronger, I found heavier things. Push ups are free0
