Hello my name is Shauntiel and I just joined today! I found this through my ipod touch apps! I want to lose at least 20lbs before my 22nd birthday in december. I am hoping to find motivation on this site from other people who are trying to lose weight too! It is hard to get motivation in my house cuz no one wants to work out with me! So I need all the motivation I can get!

Hi everyone, I am new here too, I started dieting about a month ago, Like most I found the app on my iPhone, its been great tracking my eating habits incl any exercise, to date I have lost 12.9kgs, It was a life style choice, either sit on the couch & watch my girls grow up around me or get off my butt & do something about it.

Hi everyone, I am a newbie as well (as is evident by my lack of weight loss so far) I found this site by accident, I was searching the internet for a forum for support with dieting and to my delight, found MFP. I am on day 3 on my healthy eating plan and am hoping the amount of pounds I have to lose drastically reduces over the next few weeks.
