I do!
I just listen to my body if it's tired and complaining, if that's the case, than I go easy for the day. It's a matter of knowing when to let it rest.0 -

I run to and from work, so two work outs, the other days I go to the gym and do a class at lunch. No problems. I used to run and do a class, but my body told me that was too much, so I pulled back. Listen to your body, build up slowly, but certainly you can!0

Yes! I mean, don't go and do a couple of marathons or anything stupid but training twice is great - especially if they are different types of exercise - eg strength training and CV work.0

If your eating sufficiently and properly, yes you can without overtraining. You just have to listen to your body when or if you feel run down. That's very important. This is my typical workout per week.
