Way over on my Vitamin A, C and Calcium

I am very new to this program...a weight watchers convert used to just worrying about points. One thing I realized very quickly since starting MFP is that my "free" fruits and veggies were adding HUGE amounts of carb and sugars to my daily diet. Using the macro tools, I adjusted to hard boiled eggs, veggies and low fat cheese products as snack and am seeing good results. However, my vitamin intakes are way high. I would assume that isn't necessarily a bad thing because it means I am eating more nutritional foods but am looking for input. High vitamin intake...good or bad?

Being over on vitamin C is fine. It's a water soluable vitamin that your body will naturally expel. Being over on calcium can sometimes be problematic as it can sometimes cause kidney stones or calcification of the artieries. If you are over by a lot every day I would discuss that with your doctor. Being high in vitamin A is not usually a problem as long it's from food. Too much vitamin A from supplements can be problematic.

Almost all of my nutrition comes directly from food sources. I take a multi-vitamin and a fish oil daily but that is all for supplements.Thank you! I will continue to watch my intakes and adjust if I need to.
