Before & after, 30ish lbs in 10 months

Hi! I had 2 kids in 21 months. I nursed for a total of 29 months between the both of them. Last year I decided to start getting my body back. I used MFP and in February decided to start C25K. I ran my first 5K on Mother's Day this year.
