Out of the dozens of diets I've tried (and failed), I've come to the realization that I can't do this alone. Mom's, Dad's, College students, Male, Female, Vegetarians, Vegans, and Die-hard carnivores: please help me!

I was a vegetarian who was never full. Now I'm a mostly vegan who's mostly full.

The trick for me was more fat, more protein, less carbs. It's harder - it's very convienient to eat a high-carb diet as a vegetarian, and it works for some people, but if you're in the "I can eat pasta until my stomach hurts, it's so full, but I am STILL HUNGRY" camp, it's worth trying something else. The plus side of eating a high-protein vegetarian diet is that once you get all the protein in while keeping the carbs down, you can eat pure fat by the spoonful, which is always entertaining.
