How in the heck did you keep your boobs? I think most of my weight is dropping off of the twins, Mary Kate and Ashley are looking pretty sad these days...0 -

Normal healthy range for a lady 6 foot tall is anywhere between 148-175.0 -

No not at all I'm 6 foot tall even. Started at 301 - now at 227. Looking to get to 180ish or lower.
You do look amazing!!! What are you doing for a workout? I walk but I would like to know what all you do. I am not much for the gym either. I think once I get to a comfortable weight (300 or below) I think I might be more apt to go to the gym.
I started at 408 and I am currently 345 and I am looking to get to 175 I am about 5'110
