      The problem I had with doing this is that the egg cooked unevenly and wasn't appealing at all.

      I've taken to poaching eggs and laying them on top of avocado instead.

      Looked so delicious. Tasted so awful. I guess I am one of those peeps who just can stomach warm avocado. Will be poaching my eggs and serving it on slices...Glad others enjoyed it!

      Had one of these tonight, sprinkled salt, pepper and chili/dried garlic over before cooking
