Best Workout DVD's? Why??

Looking to switch up the work out routine a little. I am jogging every day, doing weights a couple of times a week and doing aqua fit. So loads of physical activitty. I don't want a gut wrenching, body destroying, dripping sweat, vomit inducing work out.. I just want to add to what I am already doing. I am also pretty certain if I got an insane work out DVD, I would do all of the moves wrong and will injure myself to the point I won't be able to work out for a month.

Any suggestions for a medium intensity DVD?

Thanks!

have you given thought to any of the Tiffany Rothe work out videos on youtube? she's got some AMAZING routines. no more than 10 minutes per vid. and while she's easy to follow along with, she can definitely get you to kick it into high gear. plus she's very much about feminine beauty - which i love!

I recently completed Turbo Fire and really love that program. It's an odd mix of dancy cardio, boxing, plyometrics, HIIT, strength and yoga (only a little yoga) that I found both challenging and fun. You will get all sweaty doing it though. Some of the workouts, especially the HIIT, are pretty intense.

I also really like Zumba, simply because it's a really fun way to burn calories. There's not much strength training but it's good cardio and easy to modify to fit any fitness level.

I like the Leslie Sansone DVDs. They vary quite a bit but the one for busting belly fat or using weights is great. If I had to pick just one, the Ultimate collection would be it. I add weights for parts. You get out of it what you put in like everything else. I also like Jackie Warner's videos. Her no crunch abs is a great workout and I also like her extreme timesaving one.

I am currently doing the 30 Day Shred and I do love it. But...it is/can be pretty grueling and you feel like you must do it everyday. Not one you are going to plug in and do once in a while. Shawn T's Rockin Body workout is fun to pick up and do once in a while too. I did the program for my May project and didn't so much care for it as a project but am excited to pick it up do some Rockin Body once in a while.

Funny line about your closet - see mine in the picture! It is way more empty now because those big sizes are going out the door!
