    I can't even think about eating so few calories and working out w/o fainting, lol :happy:

    I like to hear about realistic goals and good nutrition, not ridciulous calorie restriction that never works. I have been eating 2300-2500 calories for the month of June and not not lost or gained any significant weight. I am trying to loose the last few lbs and maintian or gain the muscle I have. My cal goal is 2550 and this is still a 10% defecit from TDEE.
