Any short ladies feel like pounds come off SLOWLY? 4'11 here

Hi I am 4"11 and just curious if any other short ladies feel like taking even one pound off is litteraly a very slow progress. yawn I started really tracking my calories about 5 months ago and also started working out 4-5 times per week. have gone from 138 to 130 in that time. Don't get me wrong I will take that but is it me or it this taking forever? My goal is 120-125.

I'm 4'10"! I managed to lose about 43 pounds (some before MFP) total since September, but now that I'm getting closer to my UGW of 115-ish (around 125ish now) I'm slowing down majorly. No complaints and I'm in love with my body I have now, but still. The last 10 are always the hardest, but I'm hoping with my new lifting schedule and tweaking my cardio to be more varied it will speed up some. c:

That is an awesome weight loss! I agree the last ones are always the hardest but being able to fit into cute clothes makes everything better! Keep up the good work

I agree...the less you have to lose, the harder it can be because your body wants that fat! Last time I lost my baby weight I lost it really easily...until those last 10 "vanity pounds." They stuck like glue...and then I got pregnant again, so I'm starting all over again. :)
