Workout to a Rocky Movie I love Rocky Everytime I watch a movie I just get this burst of energy I have already did my workout on the elliptical and did my strength training all while working out to Rocky its gives me some motivation--

I would have to agree mrsyac! When ever I'm at the gym and they play the Rocky theme song.. I notice I start moving faster.. Funny how that works. It is very peppy!0
