    1. Sriracha. On everything.

    2. Greek yogurt.

    3. Black coffee. Such a caffeine addiction but at least it won't make me fat.

    4. Kale. Kale chips save me from salty cravings and raw kale is perfect for salads.

    5. Tilapia or sole filets. I have one or the other almost every night.

    cayenne pepper
    coconut oil
    unsweetened almond milk
    avocado
    lemons

I have lemon in my water and to season my meat and salads, coconut oil is what I cook with (but I'll eat that stuff by the spoonful). Cayenne goes on everything. Almond milk is just awesome and super versatile, and avocado, whenever their ripe and available, i just freaking love them. I mash them and use them as salad dressings, spread em like butter or just peel and eat.
