I DONT understand????

i am 18 and a male but i have a waist of 48 inch i am not that fat on the top half but at the bottom i have a HUGE fat bum and i am wondering while that bum go away i cannot live like this anymore!

    If you are 18 and male, it would probably help to have your profile set at 18 and male instead of 35 and female. Solution, eat at a moderate deficit and lift weights with some off day interval training.

    Don't have a lot of info to go on so here's the generic answer:

    Can't spot reduce so you'll have to focus on losing the overall fat by eating at a calorie deficit. It is recommended including exercise. I would definitely recommend including, if not focusing, on strength training.

    Check out Stronglifts, Starting Strength, NROL, and Wendler. find one that suits you and stick with it. if you lack equipment, check out Convict Conditioning and You Are Your Own Gym.

    You signed up today. Enter your information with the correct age and gender etc. and lose 1 lb a week. Eat the number of calories it gives you. If you exercise, eat the new number.

    LOW CARB, lean meats, TONS of fruits and veggies all day. Eat 5-6 small meals per day.

    Nothing boxed, frozen, or canned.

    Basically, shop the perimeter of the store and cook fresh. The less processed, the healthier.

    That page is important. Caloric intake varies with age and gender.

    Are you logging everything? What is your calorie goal? Where are the vegetables?

    You have your diary set to friends only, which makes it hard to view.

    What is your routine? How active are you? What kinds of quantities of food are you eating? You say rice... white or brown? What protein are you getting besides chicken? How is the chicken prepared? There are a lot of factors that could be at work here.
