So I just ate a cup of vanilla icecream from mcdonalds, I chose the cup instead of a cone.
Does anyone know the calories for that?
I keep seeing 130 but am worried that is to low?

Close, it's 170. Ice cream is one of the lowest calorie options at McD's.
Edit: I was thinking with the cone. Yeah, just a cup is 130, my bad. You're correct.0 -
Yeah the cones are only 170 so it would make since that a cup is about 130.
I actually love the ice cream at McDonald's, it's soooo tasty and actually pretty calorie-light!0 -
ice cream isn't that high in cals, especially with the small amount they give you at McDonalds. 130 cals is correct.0

I love love love ice cream and eat it daily, yes, daily. I don't care what anyone says about it either!!!
I make sure I have enough calories each day so I can actually have my small cone or cup of ice cream. Today I had a small cone with my lunch and then a bowl with cocoa with my supper...yes, that was a cheat but still have calories left over so could not be that bad.0 -
It is also made with a low fat ice cream so it is lighter than if you got the same thing from say Dairy Queen. 130 is correct...I worked there for 9 years and the website is also correct.0
