My 30 Day Shred Results *Pic Heavy

I started the shred weighing about 118# and I'm 5'7". My goal was to tone up and get stronger, not to lose weight. I ended it weighing 122#, so I gained 4# of muscle. Here are my results. There isn't a HUGE difference, but I think it's b/c I was so small to begin with. I'm doing Six Week Six-Pack now, alternating w/ all the levels of the shred, and running several times per week.
