Focus T25 is Shaun T's, the maker of the popular workout program INSANITY, newest program. Busy with work, school, kids? Don't have a lot of time to devote to working out? With T25 it takes just 10 weeks-- 25 minutes a day, 5 days a week-- to see incredible results! Let me know if your interested.

    I just brought my copy! I need to finish ripped in 30 from Jillian Michael's before I can start it! Any idea how you will log it on here? Will it go under circuit training?

    I really wish the beachbody coaches would start each post with " I am a beachbody coach and I am starting a group so I can separate you from your money hopefully"

    You can just tell from the language they use- obviously a cut and paste from somewhere.
