Hi. I'm 5'3 Male 155lb currently. My goal is 141. If I multiply my weight by 0.8 I need 124 protein for my muscles. I'm not getting that. What's the safest way to get my protein without getting fat?

Protein doesn't make you fat. Stay within your caloric goals with protein rich foods. Eggs, properly sized portions of meat, milk, nuts, cheese, protein shakes, supplement bars, etc. Why are you worried that eating all your protein will make you fat?
On a side note, unless you are trying yo build a lot of muscle, you don't really need that much.0 -
Thanks. I merely need to maintain my muscle.
Anyone else want to chime in?0 -
absolutely agree with pamsue!
fish, chicken, beef, nuts, eggs. Also chick peas, spinach, green leafy vegetables and get some good oil (coconut oil, extra virgin olive oil) in your diet (helps the body to absorb the nutrients).
If you want to maintain your muscle you need to keep exercising - if you don't exercise the muscle eventually loses definition.0 -
Thank you. I exercise every day for 20 minutes. I suppose I should never over exercise!0
