I don't know if this is classified "good", but it is a workout! Go to YouTube and go to "Walk it out video"....and try to do that dance...it is an ab killer!!!

Lady Gaga's got some really good stuff: "Just Dance", "Bad Romance" & "Poker Face" among them.

Rhianna has "Disturbia", "Please Don't Stop the Music", "SOS"

Ke$ha's "Tick Tock" has a good beat

Justin Timberlake "Sexy Back" is good too

There's a bunch of good stuff out there. Watch Much Music (in Canada) or MTV (in USA) for ideas... these are just some that I use when I'm kickboxing.

hahaha well that depends on what your friends and family can tolerate, usually a dj would have some ideas about which songs he gets the most requests for.

my friend played Highway To Hell at the reception....hahahaha

how about some david guetta? i was at a party (an engagement though, not a wedding) and they played guetta's "world is mine" and "destination unknown" by calabria and "world hold on" by bob sinclair and a whole bunch of others like it. everybody loved it (well, it was mostly a 20-30 yr old crowd). see if that works, hope it helps. otherwise, spend some time on youtube, you'll find stuff in no time.

Ohhhh good question! Just wondering to dance to, or workout to? I've never exercised and now am recovering from foot surgery. But, when I recover I'm gonna start and I'd like a list of great dance/workout songs for my I-pod. I'm hoping there's lots of responses to this thread.
My immediate song ideas to workout to are:
    ~Pump up the jam
    ~just dance lady gaga
    ~ Down Jay Sean
    ~Don't stop the music Rihanna
    ~Sexy back Justin Timberlake
~ Family Affair Mary J Blige

Do you have a music preference? I only ask because my sister just got married in May and they love country music and some of our old faves from the 70s and 80s.
There are always the favorite crowd pleasers like "Shout" or doing a Soul Train line to "Shake Your Groove Thing" was a lot of fun!

(Btw, they love country so much--the men wore tuxes with bolo ties, cowboy boots and Stetson hats. even the ring bearer wore this. his ring "pillow" was a tiny bale of hay with black ribbon on it. It was very cute!)
