Friendly Reminder to Newbies

I've seen MFP has gotten a lot of new people here in the last month (I assume do to the story on the Today show). Welcome to all of you, by the way. I do want to remind people of how they can find help w/a lot of FAQ. I've been seeing a lot of the same questions asked over and over (which is great, ask away). BUT, I just wanted to point out that most of the answers to these questions can be found here:

At the very top of this page you'll find (thumb tacked) at the top.

"Why does it add calories when I exercies?"
"I've been doing this for a week why won't I lose more?"
Etc...

    I'm an Early Show kinda girl so I never watch Today. ;o) A few of my friends have been members for a long time and I joined and brought more people with me. So far, it's really been helping us lose weight more than anything we have tried. Thanks for the link!

    Thanks for the reminder, I found it by accident through the iPhone app while looking for a calorie counter... And I've recommended it to anyone I've spoken to!
