Has anyone tried this? I watched an infomercial on it last night and its $100 for 15 dvd work outs and a meal plan that she wants you to follow and its supposed to boost your metabolism for 16 hours, Im just wondering why this would be any different then the dvd I am following now and eating right. I didnt know there was a way to boost your metabolism. Has anyone tried this or know anything about it?

I looked in to this along with some others when we were thinking about dropping our gym membership. I decided to go with Power90 first but will be doing JMBR next.0

I am doing Body Revolution currently. It is a 12 week (12 DVD's) program and I am on weeks 3 and 4. Weeks 1 and 2 were boring for me. Not hard enough. But I did them knowing things were going to get harder. But love weeks 3 and 4!! They are tougher which is what I need. I love all her other workouts and so far it is a similar style to what she normally does. I do think the future weeks will probably be pretty tough with more jumping and that sort of thing but I haven't previewed them yet. I don't follow her diet specifically but I do tend to eat similarly to what she suggests with 1200 calories. My husband is very fit and loves the workouts too and finds them challenging. Although he does this in addition to his regular workouts of lifting and swimming. I tend to get results with her workouts. More than I do when I just lift weights and do cardio. I tend to get leaner with her programming. I know a lot of people do not like her and have to mute her. If you feel that way, it might be tough. I tend to like her and find her motivating. Even after the 12 weeks, at this point I know I would use DVD's for weeks 3 and 4 again. Hoping I like them all enough to do them again too. Hope this helps a little... Good luck!0

If you do a search for it- it's Revolution, by the way, you'll see lots of posts and a few groups on it.0
