I started this challenge 2 days ago. Anyone want to join. You don't have to start off on the same day as everyone else just keep track of which day you're on and post it each day on this post that you completed. It'll be great for yo bootay~

Day 5: 70 squats

Dang. Starts out rough. Not even sure I could do 50 squats in one go. Good luck to you! (I'll give it a try though and see how it goes - must work on the ol' rump roast anyway! lol)0

I did this a couple of months ago. First couple of days hurt and then your legs get used to it. There were 4 of us doing it and I was the last one standing (or should I say squatting) YOU CAN DO IT!!!
FYI: As they increase in number, I wound up breaking them up into sets. I usually did sets of 60, but did do sets of 80 when the numbers got even higher. I think the finally day I did 80, 70, 50, 50. Few times I lost count and wound up doing 10 more than called for LOL0 -
Got 80 done today and yes I did them all at once. My legs are sore and it made it hard to do my run, but I did it and am so looking forward to rest day tomorrow.0
