I'm not sure exactly how raspberry ketones are supposed to work, but the general consensus here is that they're a waste of money and that you can lose just as much weight without them.

Raspberry Ketones work, but only if you combine them with eating at a caloric deficit. Working out several times a week helps too.

Of course, those things work just as well without the keytones....

Out of curiosity, I picked up a box in the store the other day. In the fine print at the bottom it says, "Effective when used along with diet and exercise."

Ponder that a while.

I have lost 30 pounds in three months, just READING about raspberry ketones.

Did not even take any...just read about them.

Course during that time, I was also running, lifting, and logging and watching my calories to remain at a deficit.

but I am sure it was the ketones that was the catalyst.

The only true thing that works for sure is, getting active and watching what you eat. That's as simple as simple gets. Supplements are good, do not get me wrong depending on what your goal is, BUT there are a lot of scams out there and a lot of marketing BS just to get your hard earned dollar. Don't be suckered in like a kid to a piece of candy.

I peronally just use a couple items, C4 - prework out booster, Whey & Casein after workouts and a good multi-vitamin.

Hard work will get your farther down the road than a medicine cabinet full of the next best dietary supplements.

People want to lose the weight without the work and I guess that could rile up those that already have put in the work..

Additionally, I'm guessing a lot of people now on a healthy path were taken in by various snake oil claims in the past. Wasted their time, money and hope on bottles and pills full of useless crap.
Tends to make one sensitive and more than a bit disgusted by the whole magic pill concept.
