but i went shopping the other day, and size 10 jeans fit me. i was sooooooo happy!

    You give me hope. A friend recommended this site. I just had major spinal cord surgery and can do very little. So I really need to control my food intake. I hope this site helps me. Thanks.

    Great job!! I started the same as you, size 16 about 6 months ago. I just bought 2 pairs of size 10 jeans this weekend and it felt sooooo good! Here's to being able to buy size 8 jeans in a month or two!

    Well, it deffinitely wasn't an easy process, but the main thing i did was just ate right and exercised daily.
    don't make it a diet, make it a lifestyle. (:

    3 pant sizes in 5 months...now that's impressive and u s/b so proud of urself. I'm a 14 now and will feel good @ size 8 or a loose 10.

    This stuff is hard work but oh so worth it. Good job u look great and probably feel wonderful.

    CONGRADULATIONS KNOW HOW YOU FEEL WAS A 14 AND NOW I AM A LOOSE FITTING 10 WITHIN 5 MONTHS MYSELF. FEELS GOOD. DOWN FROM 183 TO 144.
