I have some Jillian Michaels DVD's and I have been logging it as Cardio, but she also does it with weights with part of it. Am I logging it currectly?:noway: The one I just did was the "The Biggest Winner" Disk 1-Full frontal
They are a great work out for such a short time.

Count every thing in the cardio box to get calorie credit on this site.

now i can tell you that i burn lots of cals on my weight training days because i like to keep it moving and keep my heart rate up.

Cardio will burn fat but so will muscle so do both if you can but always list it here as cardio and to get the best and most accurate amount of cals you burn get yourself an HRM.

    hope this helps
  • Thanks for the into. I was kind of leaning to that anyway as it is only a small amount of weight anyway.
