Jillian Michaels Membership question

I am getting ready to start the 30 day shred video of hers and it came with a free 30 day trial of her online membership program. Has anyone signed up for this and is it worth it in your opinion? How did it help or not help? I'm sketchy about giving my credit card when something says free, I am inclined to not want to give personal info because I have been burned by "free" offers in the past. Any insight would be appreciated. Thanks!
