Hi everyone, I have been reading some of the success stories and you guys have really inspired me. I have also seen you giving fantastic advice for calaries and excercise. Would someone be kind enough please to look at my diary to see if what I am doing is correct in order for me to lose weight whilst toning my body please? It would be a huge help as I'm totally new to this. Thanks

Diary still not open for general viewing, I guess you have set it "friends only"? Which is good for later, but with a query maybe let everyone have a look and then change to friends only later?
