Hi All!

Last year I lost about 15 pounds with MyFitness pal doing it with a few friends. Even though I've stayed quite fit and active since then, I haven't been great about eating right and taking care of myself since I stopped doing MFP and gained most of the weight back. Looking for some additional people beyond my friends to help motivate and communicate successes! I do a lot of biking, hiking, and running so would love to hear from people who have similar interests, and am also training for a traithlon so would love tips from those who have experience. I've done half marathons, the tough mudder, and some serious road biking trips before so I can definitely provide some advice for anyone training for those events.

Please message/friend me or respond to this post if you'd like to keep in touch!

I enjoy hiking and running, though I've only been training my body as a runner since late April so I'm not quite up to marathons, but hey, kudos to you! I'm on the stationary bike everyday, though it's not quite the same thing as an actual bike… I enjoy jumping on my trampoline, a love I found about a year ago, and from it, I accidentally lost 14 pounds which was my motivation to continue dieting and eventually join myfitnesspal.

Anyways, enough about me, congratulations jumping back on board, and feel free to add me as a friend.

Hey! I am also and outdoors woman. I am a forestry student so by default my work keeps me outdoors. I at one point lost 100lb when I was younger and managed to keep it off for a couple years. Due to a few health problems I gained back 20lb. A couple of my friends have been on MFP and have seen great results. I'm starting to get back on track. At the moment I am trying out the C25K program as a challenge, since my asthma keeps me from being a good runner. I've been at it for a couple weeks and I'm enjoying it. Feel free to add me as a friend. The bigger the support system the better. :)
