What is your BMI goal?

Hey guys! Just curious what are some of your BMI goals? Care to share?

Current BMI - 23.4
Goal BMI - 20.8

    I am at 49% BMI. I just want to get to 30%. For now.

    It's just 24% for now. I have no idea how that is going to look on me as I'm currently at 28 which is my lowest so far.

    You'd be better off with a body fat goal percentage... Why BMI?

    BMI Now is 37.1 and BMI I want is 19.4... :smile:

    it sounds like some of you are confusing body fat percent with BMI

    Starting BMI - 32

    Current BMI - 25.5

    Goal BMi - 20.9


    But BMI is kinda lame/old

    Started at 33 currently 24 and want to be 23. More importantly is what my lab numbers will be at my next physical...:)

  • My current BMI is 20.5 and my goal is 19 :)
    But I don't really like using BMI... I'll be happy when I reach my goal weight and/or when I'm happy with the way I look and feel.

    idgaf about BMI, but when I reach my goal weight it'll be 31.3, apparently.

    25.0 which should be around 8.5% body fat.

    None of my long-term goals after that will involve BMI.

    Starting BMI - 41, current - 40.4, goal - 24.5. However, I do completely disregard bmi, as it doesn't take a lot of things into account. Surely the main goal would be to look and feel healthy, be happy with yourself rather than a number?
