I posted already about being fairly new to this site but I wanted to post that if anyone was from this area maybe we could buddy up and motivate each other.

    Did you set any dates for your goals? I was just curious because your signature goals don't list any dates. Good luck!

    I never really thought about setting actual dates. That would probably be a good idea.

    I just joined this site today as a recommendation from my PCP. I am in Lexington and would maybe like to find someone to participate in some form of exercise with me at least once a week.....walking, hiking, etc. I can't ride a bike, LOL.

    I work full time AND am in Nursing school, but maybe we can work something out, lol. I have a membership at Urban Active too.
